Famous Production and Construction Plant in Bingtuan hires specialists and workers only from inner Chinese regions

According to the information placed on the Xinjiang news web-site on the 11-th of August famous production and construction plant in Bingtuan hires only graduates from inner Chinese higher schools. This trend can be clearly observed since 1991. An information on this site says that since 1991 special actions on hiring Chinese graduates from inner China were lead. As personnel department was interested in employing only Chinese graduates, they have been sending special "envoyes" to inner China regions in order to employ young graduates promising them good working and payment conditions in Eastern Turkestan. Presently more than 7000 Chinese graduates from inner China work at the  production and construction plant in Bingtuan.Plant administration together with personnel department decided to increase this number and presently works on the plan of employing more Chinese specialists from inner China regions. A man, who worked for the Chinese government and presently is in Germany seeking political asulym told our correspondent that administration and personnel department of the Bingtuan violate principles of Autonomous region territorial law and employ these young Chinese graduates without a permit of the Permanent Autonomous Region National Committee. While the Autonomous region territorial law clearly says that in case of necessity to employ people outside the autonomous region the accord of Permanent Autonomous Region
National Committee is required. However, Bingtuan authorities do not take into consideration this law and continue to employ people from other Chinese regions. Bingtuan leads oppressive policy towards local Uyghur people. Namely, they actively conduct migration policy, which seriously harms development of Bingtuan region.
