13 UYGHUR BUSINESSMEN CONVICTED OVER
URUMCHI CITY TIANSHAN REGIONAL COURT
From December two to December five Urumchi city
Tianshan regional court opened trial for 13 uyghur
butchers lead by Omer Rozi, Semet Ababekri, Obulkasim
Abdurup , Ekber Nurmemet. They all detained and
pledged guilty for trying to organize “black community”,
but court didn’t present any evidence. Court didn’t
give any opportunity for defendants to present their
evidence.
According to Urumchi city public opinion, these
butchers have hired homeless and unemployed Uyghurs
who came from south East Turkistan. They always use to
help Uyghurs who have financial difficulty and places
that have natural disasters.
They also have donated money to plant in Urumchi
Altunbulaq to protect environmental devastation.
Court didn’t give any decision at the end, only
informed that decision will be announced lather..
